    Welcome to Synclify (“Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of all platform features. By registering, logging in, or using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms in full.

  2. Eligibility

    • You must be at least 13 years old and capable of entering into binding agreements.
    • If using the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you must have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

  3. User Types & Permissions

    We support several user roles, each with different permissions:

    • Creators: individual professionals or teams
    • Agencies: management of creator portfolios or brand collaborations
    • Brands: businesses running promotional campaigns
    • Team Members: collaborators within a Creator or Agency account

    We reserve the right to modify access levels or restrict features based on role or plan.

  4. Account Registration & Security

    • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
    • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

  5. Services Provided

    The Platform includes:

    • Content Planning: calendars, schedules, and briefs
    • Collaboration Tools: shoot planning, task assignment, briefs
    • Contract & Invoice Tools: templates, approval workflows, monetisation tracking
    • Analytics & Automation: insights, performance dashboards, AI-suggested action
    • Directory & Marketplace: vendors, services, talent searches

    Access to specific tools depends on your paid plan and role.

  6. Subscriptions & Pricing

    • We offer free and paid plans. Paid features are clearly indicated during checkout.
    • Payments are handled by third-party providers, and you agree to their payment terms.
    • All fees are disclosed before purchase; billing happens monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan.

  7. Cancellation & Termination

    • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger refunds for the current period.
    • We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraudulent activity, or inactivity (e.g., no login for 12+ months), after notice.

  8. User-Generated Content

    • You retain ownership of the content you upload. With submission, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to operate, store, display, and deliver your content for Platform functionality.
    • You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your content, which must not be unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or inappropriate.

  9. Intellectual Property Rights

    All Platform content—including design, code, logos, documentation, and brand identity—is owned by us or licensed to us. You may only use Platform elements in accordance with these Terms.

  10. Service Availability

    We target 99.9% uptime, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance or technical disruptions may occur; we strive to minimise them.

  11. Limitation of Liability

    • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost revenue, missed opportunities) arising from use of the Platform, even if advised of potential damages.
    • Our liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us during the three months preceding the claim.

  12. Third-Party Integrations

    The Platform integrates with services such as Instagram APIs, payment processors, and analytics tools. Use of these features may be governed by the external provider’s terms and privacy policy.

  13. Modifications to Terms

    We may modify these Terms at any time. Major updates will be announced via email or in-app alerts. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of updated Terms.

  14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes must be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
